Why do back to school mini sessions?
- $50 for one child including an 8×10 and a disc of 6 images is much more cost effective for you than purchasing the traditional 1 or 2 pose blue or grey background school photo packages. if you are scheduling sessions for more than one child, the value is even better!
- instead of having backgrounds that wash your child out and only a couple of poses to choose from, the mini sessions will be outside with beautiful bright colours, and several enhanced images (as in removal of things like mosquito bites, acne, or even cracker crumbs) to choose from.
- no stiff “say cheese” smiles (i’m completely against them!!). my goal when photographing children is always to capture real smiles and the unique personalities of each one.
- IT’S FUN!!!!

Here are the details:
August 17th – langley – 9:30am – 12:00pm
August 18th – maple ridge – 1:00 – 4:00pm
(park locations disclosed only to booking clients)
sessions are 20 minutes long per child
(don’t worry I can capture A LOT of great images in 20 minutes)
each creative session is different and i will have several props available including
- vintage wooden school desk
- vintage books
- globe
- abbacus
- 3 different styles of chalkboards
- pencils, apples, “teacher” glasses etc
(you are also welcome to bring your own props such as backpacks, favourite books etc)
within 2 weeks of your session, you will receive:

6 enhanced digital images with printing rights
1 enhanced 8×10 print
Sessions are $50 for one child / $80 for two children
(preschool – grade 12)
a $20 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your time slot
the remaining $30 will be due at the beginning of your session.
