Oregon

 

vacation.  it’s what we all look forward to every year, whether it’s taking a big trip, a small journey or just putting your feet up and relaxing at home.  I am no exception.  I LOVE being a photographer but I LOVE LOVE LOVE spending time with my family.  so I took a week off, we packed up and joined my sister’s family for a week touring the Oregon Coast.  I had never been to Oregon before but oh. my. goodness.  it is beautiful!  if you’ve been, then you already know but if not…well…check it out.

 

 

in Florence we got the sand dune experience.  We took dune buggy rides and another day climbed the dune in the above photo – let’s just say it was more effective than a Stairmaster!

 

while at our final camping destination of the week (Cape Lookout near Tillamook), we experienced a huge wind & rain storm.  I just had to brave the wind on the beach to grab some shots of the crashing waves
